Welcome to SweetDreamsVan. By using this website, creating an account, submitting a build plan, purchasing products, or purchasing services from SweetDreamsVan, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Products and Services
SweetDreamsVan offers van cabinets, interior systems, installation services, and related components for camper van conversions.
Some products are sold individually, while others may be sold as part of a kit, build plan, or larger van interior system.
Installation services, when available, are quoted, scheduled, and agreed to separately unless they are specifically included in the product description, order, invoice, checkout process, or written agreement.
2. Product Compatibility
SweetDreamsVan products are designed for specific vehicle platforms, layouts, and configurations.
Compatibility is limited to the compatibility information specifically stated on the applicable product page, build plan, quote, invoice, or written agreement.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, fitment information, measurements, and order information before purchasing.
3. Made-to-Order Products
Most SweetDreamsVan products are made to order.
Custom, modified, and made-to-order products are final sale unless there is a defect or fulfillment error, as described in our separate Pickup, Fulfillment & Return Policy.
Order changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Prices are final at the time of purchase but are subject to change for future orders.
Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout.
Deposits, installation fees, consultation fees, service charges, and other non-product charges may be handled separately from standard product purchases.
5. Pickup, Fulfillment, and Returns
Pickup, fulfillment timing, returns, defective-product handling, and incorrectly fulfilled products are governed by our separate Pickup, Fulfillment & Return Policy.
By purchasing from SweetDreamsVan, you agree to that policy.
6. Installation and Vehicle Use
SweetDreamsVan products and services may involve vehicle modifications. Vehicle modifications carry inherent risks.
Installation services, when offered by SweetDreamsVan, are governed by the applicable order, invoice, purchase agreement, or written agreement.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle, build, installation, and use comply with applicable laws, regulations, insurance requirements, manufacturer requirements, and safety standards.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SweetDreamsVan is not liable for damage, injury, loss, or other claims arising from installation, modification, use, misuse, vehicle condition, customer-supplied materials, third-party components, or use outside the intended purpose of the product or service.
7. Website and Product Information
SweetDreamsVan makes reasonable efforts to keep website content, product descriptions, pricing, images, and availability information accurate.
Errors may occur. SweetDreamsVan may correct errors, update information, cancel orders affected by errors, or refuse orders where information was inaccurate, incomplete, or mistakenly displayed.
Product images, renderings, diagrams, and examples are for general reference and may not show every detail, option, fastener, finish, accessory, or installation condition.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, images, text, logos, product descriptions, drawings, files, layouts, graphics, videos, product names, and related materials are the property of SweetDreamsVan or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or use SweetDreamsVan content, designs, drawings, files, layouts, or other intellectual property without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SweetDreamsVan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our products, services, website, build plans, or recommendations.
SweetDreamsVan’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
