Pickup, Fulfillment & Return Policy

This Pickup, Fulfillment & Return Policy explains how SweetDreamsVan handles product fulfillment, local pickup, returns, and defective or incorrectly fulfilled products.
1. Local Pickup
SweetDreamsVan products are currently available for free local pickup by appointment in the Indianapolis/Noblesville, Indiana area.
Standard shipping is not available at checkout unless specifically stated on the product page or separately agreed to in writing.
Pickup is scheduled after the order is complete and ready. The exact pickup location, date, and appointment details will be coordinated with the customer after production is complete.
2. Fulfillment Timing
Most SweetDreamsVan products are made to order.
Typical production timing is approximately 2 weeks, depending on the product, order size, material availability, and current production queue.
Fulfillment timelines are estimates, not guarantees. SweetDreamsVan will make reasonable efforts to complete orders within the estimated timeframe and will communicate with the customer if timing changes.
3. Made-to-Order Products
Most SweetDreamsVan products are made to order specifically for the customer’s order.
Made-to-order products include, but are not limited to:
- Van cabinets
- Bed systems
- Wall systems
- Flooring systems
- VANCHOR-related components
- Interior kit components
- Custom or modified products
- Build-to-order products
Because these products are produced specifically for the customer’s order, made-to-order products are final sale unless there is a defect or fulfillment error.
4. Returns
Non-made-to-order products, if offered, may be returned within 14 days of pickup with prior approval, provided the product is:
- unused
- uninstalled
- undamaged
- in original condition
The customer is responsible for returning the product to SweetDreamsVan.
Made-to-order, custom, modified, installed, or build-to-order products are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or fulfillment error.
5. Defective or Incorrectly Fulfilled Products
If a product is defective or was incorrectly fulfilled by SweetDreamsVan, SweetDreamsVan will correct or replace the product as appropriate.
Customers should contact SweetDreamsVan promptly with:
- order information
- photos of the issue
- a clear description of the problem
Defective products will be replaced with a new product when replacement is appropriate.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
If a customer needs to request a change or cancellation, they should contact SweetDreamsVan as soon as possible. SweetDreamsVan will review the request and determine whether the order can still be changed or canceled.
7. Deposits, Installation Fees, and Service Charges
Deposits, installation fees, consultation fees, and other service-related charges are not standard purchasable products and may be governed by separate terms, invoices, order details, or written agreements.
Unless otherwise stated, this return policy applies to physical products and does not automatically apply to service-related charges.
