Our Review

Siless Liner is a thin, self-adhesive closed-cell foam insulation with an aluminum facing. We use it as the first insulation layer directly against the van’s metal skin because it is lightweight, waterproof, easy to conform around ribs and curves, and helps reduce heat transfer, vibration, and noise before the main insulation is installed.

It also creates a useful thermal break between the metal body and the interior insulation and does not absorb moisture, which is important in a van where condensation can form against the steel. At only about 4 mm thick, it is not our primary insulation layer—its job is to improve the performance of the overall insulation system and provide a clean, moisture-resistant first layer against the van.
