1. Products & Services

Sweet Dreams Van offers van cabinets, furniture, and related components designed for camper vans and similar vehicle conversions.

Our products are intended for DIY installation unless otherwise stated. We do not provide installation services unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are custom-built or made to order.

Because of this:

  • All sales of custom or made-to-order items are final

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items

  • Order changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started

If you have questions before ordering, please contact us — we want you to be happy with your van!

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD

  • Prices are subject to change

  • Payment is required in full before production or shipment begins unless otherwise agreed

Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your location.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or during order quoting.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, but we almost always deliver on time

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

5. Freight & Shipping Damage

Large or heavy items may be shipped via freight.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Inspect shipments upon delivery

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if damage is discovered

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void the ability to file a claim.

6. Installation & Use Disclaimer

Our products are sold as components and must be installed properly and safely.

Sweet Dreams Van:

  • Is not responsible for improper installation

  • Does not guarantee compatibility with every vehicle or layout

  • Is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from installation or use of our products

Assembly of our van components is quite easy, but sometimes actual installation in the van can be more complicated. Installation should be performed by a qualified professional or experienced DIY builder.

7. Vehicle & Safety Disclaimer

Van conversions may involve electrical, structural, and mechanical systems.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that:

  • Vehicle modifications carry inherent risks

  • You are responsible for ensuring your build complies with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards

  • We do not certify or warrant roadworthiness or safety compliance

8. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Products are sold as-is

  • We do not offer a formal warranty

If you believe a product arrived defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We take care to make sure every piece goes together as advertised and we will re-make an item if necessary.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Sweet Dreams Van and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweet Dreams Van shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
