Kitchen
We designed our van’s kitchen to be easy to use and easy to clean up. A large refrigerator with freezer, makes ice cubes quickly! We installed a large “home size” sink, with sprayer faucet and a UV – filtered water tap, so you can drink water right from your water reserve. [See More Photos]
Dinette
Eat food. Drink Coffee. Enjoy a cocktail. Play board games. It’s rare to find a two person dinette in a van. Swivel the seat in seconds and it’s time to converse with your Honey. [See More Photos]
Bedroom
When you’re on the road for extended periods of time, a comfortable mattress is a must. That’s why installed a RV short queen size bed. You won’t have to “set up” or “take down” the bed every day. Enjoy your favorite shows on the big screen projector and wireless Sonos speakers. [See More Photos]
Mini Bathroom
Who wants to shower at the truck stop? Not us. Who wants to poo at the gas station? Nope. We installed a hot shower and toilet, with REAL privacy. [See More Photos]
Convenience Items
We added lots of goodies to Sweet Dreams, including heated floors, a Nebula 3 big screen projector, a DC circulation fan, bug curtains on the side and rear doors, an outdoor table, a 13′ Fiamma awning and best of all, a central vac system. [See More Photos]
Electrical System
If you want to be on the road with the conveniences of home, you need a beefy electrical system. We over-did it this time with over 15,500 watt hours and 600Ah of battery at 24v, more than we’ve seen in any van. With a 24v system, powered by Victron, things run a bit more efficient as the wires in this van carry HALF the current that a 12v system does. [See More Photos]
Climate Control
With proper heating and cooling, you CAN sleep in your van on warm summer nights, and you CAN leave your dog in the van while you go hiking. We designed Sweet Dreams so we can run the AC on battery power so we can keep cool! The heater also runs on battery power + gas so we can van life in all kinds of weather. [See More Photos]
Garage
We designed our garage to not only house our electric and water reserve, but also be spacious to hold guitars, bikes or whatever toys you like. [See More Photos]
Plumbing
We designed our plumbing to be able to be off grid for at least a week at a time. Here’s how we did it. [See More Photos]
Ram Promaster 3500 Chassis
We chose the Ram Promaster because it’s good on gas MPG, it’s easy to drive, inexpensive to maintain, it can handle a lot of weight, and it’s the widest van, giving you nice room to sleep and walk between the bathroom and the kitchen. [See More Photos]
